New Years Resolution

  • Workout atleast 3 times a week
  • More productive days

Includes either strength training at home or weight training at the gym.

-Strength: Pull Ups, Push-Ups, Abs, Core Workouts

-Weights: Bench, Dumbells, machines.

Morning Routine: Wake up at 10 a.m.

  -10-12 Pull Ups 

   -Break- 20 Push-ups

   -Resume- 10-12 Pull Ups

Breakfast Meal @ 10:30 am:

Two Eggs, turkey, cheese omelet and toast

 Multi-vitamin 

 Whey Protein Shake

Interval: 1 hour dedicated to HK

Weight Training/Gym @ 11:30 am:

Upper Body/Back Workout

Includes: Bench, Flys, Curls, Machines, etc.

-20 minute cardio cool down session

-End workout session @ 12:30 pm-

Afternoon Meal @ 1 pm:

Chicken Breasts w/salad or Chicken Breast Wraps w/fruit

Whey Protein Shake w/peanut butter

Leave @ 2 pm:  For afternoon classes from 2:30 - 4:00 pm.

-Return Home and Rest for 45mins-

Wake up @ 5:30 For Dinner

Rest of day spent Studying/HW and working on HK
