Workout atleast 3 times a week
More productive days
Includes either strength training at home or weight training at the gym.
-Strength: Pull Ups, Push-Ups, Abs, Core Workouts
-Weights: Bench, Dumbells, machines.
Morning Routine: Wake up at 10 a.m.
-10-12 Pull Ups
-Break- 20 Push-ups
-Resume- 10-12 Pull Ups
Breakfast Meal @ 10:30 am:
Two Eggs, turkey, cheese omelet and toast

One more week!
Until this semester comes to an end and the workload from it can take a backseat. Then I can finally put 110% of my efforts back into the process of launching the brand. Everything’s been slowly coming together from the design process to putting together different concepts and marketing ideas associated with the launch. But with the launch date projected in 3 months it’s time to switch...
